🌱 How to track your work

Keeping a simple record of your systems, reflections, and results does two things:
• It helps you see what’s working and what isn’t.
• It creates a mirror that shows you where you’re growing and what you need next.

This isn’t about getting it right. It’s about creating a safe, useful space for what you’re building.

🌱 Your options

Choose what works best for you. There’s no right or wrong:

Google Docs / Microsoft Word / Notes app
• Create one document or note per module
• Use headers like “Lesson 0.1 — Friction + Drift” and add bullet notes

Notion (recommended if you want inexpensive structure)
• Notion lets you track everything in one place, across documents, tasks, and reflections
• Use their free “Projects & Tasks” template as a base
• Create pages titled by module and log your reflections as you go

We’ll be creating our own version of this in the future — but for now, Notion is the best way to start.

🌱 Permission to start simple

Don’t overthink your setup. It doesn’t have to be perfect or organized. The most important part is that you begin. Your system can evolve as you go.

Before you move on, open your chosen tool and create one page or document titled Mirror One. That’s your starting place.
